As our
budget increases the potential for pay back is increasing. Your investment will
be held by ITCHY CHIMP LTD. in a business account until the start date of
Principal Photography. You will be notified by e-mail when this is happening.
You will be offered as return on your investment a deferred % percentage of the
gross (if any) valued to the budget on the date of Principal Photography. So if
you invested $1000 and the budget on PP day is $100,000 you would get a 1%
return on any gross + your original investment of $1000. If the film made $1
million you'd get a return of $10 000.

contributed approx. $300 because that is half a days filming costs.

Both companies are first time feature filmmakers and that is why we want to get

ACTORS
We will be
holding auditions in the spring/summer for a feature film. We are looking for
actors of all ages, experience and first tryouts are welcome. Actors will all
be required to sign a waver on payment until final gross is established. This

We are a
small film company in its 2nd year. Founded by Steven Smith(myself), Ann Palka
and Jesher Martin earlier in 2000, and we have wide ambitions. We plan to film
and complete two feature length productions for 2003 and enter both into THE
SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL in Utah in 2004 and then Cannes in May 2004. We are
currently in PRE-PRODUCTION. Shooting starts early next year, with wrapping and
edit in middle of 2003. We all have a fresh outlook on life and intend to bring
cinema, video and home computer something new and exciting. Distribution is
lined up with a video or DVD release in selected locations. On a personal note
I have great admiration for anybody who succeeds in this industry. Never look
back, always look forward. The future is out there and waiting for you...

Ann Palka -
Writer, Producer
Ann is a first
time full producer. She has collaborated as an associate producer on several
independent low budget productions. Ann Palka co formed SMITHPALKAFILMS in 2000
with Steven Smith and Jesher Martin. She has 2 projects in development and is
actively seeking funding for future productions. She is a writer and has had a
few options on projects.

Steven
Smith has directed small low budget projects in the UK. He is from London and
loves America because the scope of filmmaking is easier. Steven Smith has
collaborated on screenplays with Ann Palka and Jesher Martin for the last 5
years. Written for UK television including a sitcom and sketch show. Steven
Smith wants to produce and direct feature films. Steven Smith is directing our
3 projects. He co formed SMITHPALKAFILMS in 2000 with Ann Palka and Jesher
Martin.
