Switzerland, 2003

The William Tell monument in Altdorf. The legend of Tell shooting an apple off of his son's head is historically accurate. He was threatened with imprisonment if he refused. After successfully shooting the apple off, he was shackled anyway. On his way to be jailed, the boat he was on crashed and all of his captors were killed. Tell survived and spent the rest of his life hiding high in the mountain and fighting his oppressors.

The monastery in Engelberg. This is the third monastery to sit on this location; this one being build in the 1600's.

Dale thought this was the North Pole (as he has seen in so many Christmas cartoons) and wanted his picture taken by it.  After seeing this, he called the village "Santa Land"
