| Parent's Meeting Minutes 06/16/03 Attendees Kevin, Barb, Frank, Myrl, Scott, Tom, Brian, John, Liz, Marcia Brian will be out of town from this Thursday to next Thursday. There will be another fund raiser Friday Night at the concert--Barb in charge. Will ask for volunteers at the meeting tonight. - We made $118 at Olden days with 20 scouts - We made $91 at the last concert with 6 scouts - We had talked about the boys getting a portion of the money and the troop getting some, but the amounts are so small, Barb asked some of the boys what to do and they suggested letting the troop have all of it. But a decision has not totally been made. Discussion was that the troop could use the money, and the boys do benefit as the troop is paying $7 per tent of the tents we bought. Aaron will have an abbreviated BOR tonight. Tics---are VERY bad. Please tell all kids. We have an instance of Lyme Disease in this area. A tic must stay on someone 8 hours. Summer Camp Leaders need to get together and decide on food and transportation.. |
