| Leader's Meeting Minutes 05/19/03 Attendees Myrle, Frank, Barb, Brian, Liz, Marcia 1. Bike Hike on the 31stwill be changed to June 1st. It will be a day hike at York River State Park. Neil C. in charge. 2. Tents - sale at Sports Authority 7x7 for $39. They had 19/20 tents Sunday afternoon. Decided to buy these and offer them at the price of $25. Every scout should be able to buy one, but if 2 or more in a family it was optional to buy more than one figuring the other brother could bunk with someone, then vice versa. 3. Brian asked all to think about events for next year what kind of trips you might think would be good. 4. Summer Camp - Marcia still has people with outstanding merit badge decisions. Liz asking for copies of insurance cards. Tom is on second shift-asked Marcia to assist with parents packets. The following questions for the camp committee were answered: a. can not do swimming ahead b. merit badges will not be sold there c. mosquito nets are optional |
