June 30th - July 6th: Camp Chickahominy (17 scouts) (Second Installment due tonight $50)
Handouts for Chick were given with a listing of merit badges and other info.  Please have scouts look at this and figuring out which merit badges they want.
June 30th   July 6th: Blue Ridge Scout Reservation (8 scouts)
A motion was passed for the troop to pay $120 for both leaders going to Blue Ridge this year.  This is a camp we have never been to and we need good information to decide if the whole troop wishes to go there next year.  Camp Chick has not been a problem in the past as for every four scouts, a troop may send 1 adult for free.  If we decide to go to Blue Ridge next year, we will need to decide how to fund or whether we will fund the adults going.

Old Business: The fact that we changed the day for the spaghetti supper causes our participation in Clean The Bay Day to be canceled.

New Business:
1.      Bylaw review time
One change would to be put in the bylaws that troop checks need 2 signatures.  Does any one have any changes to propose?
2.      Thanks from Florine M. regarding attendance on Scout Sunday.
3.     Letter regarding borrowing of new Troop 7 trailer- The District Youth Mission (which includes Trinity) on July 13-21 have a work project in Elbert, West Virginia.  A trip over 1,000 miles.  They would like the trailer to carry luggage and tools for the project.  They have in the district 30 youth going of which 4 are youth from Trinity and their leader a seminary student Ryan M.  It was suggested that this be checked with Neil C., as he knew more about the trailer's capabilities and the insurance situation.  Information will be sought before a decision will be made.
