Todays topic is irony. It is everywhere and there is no escaping it. This thought came to me as I flipped through the local newspaper and found a bit of disgustingly arranged articles. The first article, ISRAEL DEFIES BUSH, in short explains that Israel Prime Minister Ariel Sharon would not listen to President Bush's warnings to withdraw. Now I admire Bush for stepping up to bat the way he did, it's good to see a president actually doing something besides getting head in the Oral- i mean Oval Office. But Bush is not God. He has no right to tell Sharon how he should go about keeping his people from getting blown up. The ironic part is that I flipped the page and there was an article on "our" war on terrorism. It sounded a lot like Israels; but hey, were Americans,only we should be able to go home and sleep without fear of bombs, bullets, madmen with explosive belts, madmen with guns, you get the point.
