Zulaika Shamsuddin, best friend of one of the founders, passed away from cancer. Her ability to battle the five year illness was dependent on the enthusiam and comfort of her family and friends. The memory she leaves behind is the permanent smile on her face. This is how Zulaika's story sparked the creation of S.O.S.
A smile is often the best medicine for a child. Having identified this void in the lives of many sick children, we decided to extend and offer our volunteerism and use the student energy to the benefit of kids.
