Rei is probably the tempermental of all of the inner scouts. This can be attributed to her element being fire. She usually wants to be a leader and is extrememly envious of Sailor Moon sometimes.
Rei lives with her grandfather at their local shrine and works there as a priestess. This job is especially suited for Rei because she can sometimes see the future and even protect the scouts if she senses something bad is going to happen.
Chad, a boy about Rei's age and a wannabe rock star, obviously has a crush on Rei, and even though it is sometimes apparent that she likes him back, Rei doesn't show her feelings for him.
Sailor Mars is Rei's alter-ego and first transformation.  Her element is fire, and she first appears in episode 10.

Super Sailor Mars is Sailor Mar's 2nd and final form in the anime. She turns super in the SuperS season with help from Pegasus. Her fuku is mostly the same, except for a longer bow in the back, star earrings, and a heart in the middle of the front bow.
