A little about you and your children: Treston just turned 4 and is so grown up!  He goes to head start once a week.  Were expecting another baby in November and we are all really excited about it.

A Story:

When I was 12 I had a really controlling, abusive boyfriend that wouldn't leave me alone.  There was this guy, Waylon who I had always liked.  I seen him a lot because he was my best friends' cousin and he was at her house a lot.  We went to school together and hung out a lot so when I was 13, I finally  got enough courage to breakup with the controlling looser, so I did.  Not long after that I stayed all night with my best friend and Waylon just happened to be staying with her brother the same night and we stayed up all night talking and then we had sex for the first time.  Then, he asked me out and I said yes.   He was living with his mom and her new abusive husband and he hated it there and I felt so bad for him.  Anyways, the next  week or so after we had sex he really ignored me.  After awhile I finally got him to talk to me and he said that he wanted to breakup because he liked me too much and didn't want to hurt me because he was going to do anything to get away from his mom's abusive husband and that would have meant he wouldn't be around anymore.  We were both really upset and I felt so bad for him. We went in my house and told my parents all about his situation.  They understood how he felt and said he could stay with us as long as he slept on the couch.   A month after my 14th birthday I found out I was pregnant.  We were so scared.  The first person we told was his sister which was a teen mom too and she was understanding.  She told us the options we had and we decided to have the baby.  He then told his mom, but we had no idea how to tell my family.  When I was 6 months pregnant my mom found a bill for prenatal vitamins that my dad had found and hid from her.  She came up to my room crying and asked me if it was true and I told her it was.  They weren't mad, just upset.  Waylon was still living with us so things were not good between him and my family but he stuck it out.    My due date was September 7, 1997.  I went into labor at 11pm September 8th, was in labor for hours and  finally they decided to do an emergency c-section because the baby was turned the wrong way.  Treston Lee was born September 9th at 2:22pm.  We stayed in the hospital for three days after.    Waylon, me and Treston all stayed with my mom and dad until I was 16 and then we moved out  on our own and we have lived on our own ever since.  My parents now love Waylon just as much as they love me and Treston.  In March of 2001 we found out I was pregnant again.  We are all really excited.  The baby is due  November 28, 2001.   Me and Waylon got married June 23, 2001 at a church here in town.  We just had a small wedding with our closest family.  Treston is now 3  (will be 4 on September 9th) years old and he will be going to Head Start soon.  Waylon is working a construction job and I stay home with Treston.  We live in our own three bedroom house in a small town and are really happy.
