I am an elementary education major emphasis on teaching the youngest learners. I am an avid supporter of Live theater as theater will be my post Bac most likely.
This past December, I had the gastric bypass surgery called the Roux-en-y. I am now two weeks post op and feel great! The weight has been just melting off me and it's exciting! There will be an updated pic of me before and after soon as I get my hands on the photos!
The first visit to the doc after surgery showed that I had lost 23 pounds by being on an all liquid diet (Horray! on to Cream soup. YUCK!) So far though, I've lost enough weight that I can wear clothes that I haven't worn in a really long time. Can't wait to see what I will look like when all the weight is gone!
