I Am Not a Freak!!!!

I am just not like you. I have no sex drive. Unfortunately, I have been reluctant to "come out," because many people associate the terms antisexual, asexual, nonsexual, and celibate with antisociality, prudishness, religious fanaticism, and God knows what else. I do not practice any of these things. I have a dirty mind and lots of friends, and I especially enjoy the company of guys. I just have no desire to "hook up" with any of them. Allow me to dispel some common myths about nonsexuality.

I CAN STILL LOVE, and do, quite strongly. Sometimes I get insanely jealous. Being nonsexual does not mean that I have no emotions. It just means that I prefer emotional intimacy to the physical.

I AM NOT RELIGIOUS. Hahahahahaha. Nope. 

I AM NOT INNOCENT. Au contraire, my young friends. I have an extremely sewer-ish mind to make up for all the stuff I don't do. In fact, I give good dating advice. Many of my friends and acquaintances will be amazed when they read this. Tee hee.

I AM NOT TRYING TO CONVERT YOU. Jeesh. I am biologically different. If you can abstain, that's cool as hell, but I don't care what you do in your bedroom as long as you can handle what comes of it.

I DO NOT NEED PROFESSIONAL HELP. I am happy the way I am. I have wonderful, supportive parents, and I have never been abused.

I DO NOT NEED SOME PLAYER TO CHANGE MY MIND. Self-explanatory. I've met some real charmers, but they did not succeed in converting me. I may change all by myself sometime in the future, but right now I am definitely NONsexual.

SO PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT!!
