Rules
The rules the game are simple. Once a week, someone will post on the message board that the game is open. It may not always be on the same day of the week.
After the game is open, each person is allowed to make two guesses. Pick a sailor scout, cat or villian, and neomail her name to the new owner of guessing senshi. If you are the first to guess correctly, you win the Jackpot! All other correct guesses will win a random prize.
To keep things fair, two guess per person per week. That means that guesses from other accounts are NOT allowed! If anyone is caught doing this, they will be banned forever from the game.
If no one wins the Jackpot, the prize will be kept in the Jackpot, and added to the next week's Jackpot.
