8:15-8:30               Overview of the WASC Action Plan and the resulting                                    SWAT teams

 

8:30-9:00               Select a SWAT team or work on proposing a new                                         SWAT team

                             Decide on the room where your SWAT team will meet                                  for the rest of the day

 

9:00-9:15               Break

                             Move to SWAT team meeting rooms

 

9:15-11:30             Determine the purpose and goals of your SWAT team

                             Determine your SWAT team objectives and the steps                                    that are necessary to meet those objectives

                             What will be your SWAT team product(s) ?

                             What is the timeline for the steps and the product(s)?

 

11:30-12:30            Working Lunch in Library (Lunch will be provided)

                             Report out on your SWAT team goals, objectives,                                        products, and timelines

 

12:30-2:45             SWAT team work

 

2:45-3:00               Meet back in Library

                             Complete Evaluation forms
