1. Jays will have a team for 2009, so we are back to a 7 team league.
2. Each team needs to submit their roster by Apri 15th and registration is to be paid by May 1st.
3. Annual fee to be determined.
LADIES ORTHODOX 2 Umpires $50.00 & 1 Umpire $30.00
1. All games must be cancelled with the Assignor (Brian McDow 465-5502) at least 1 hour in advance of the game with the exception of field closure by the Municipality.
2. The teams may cancel the game at the field due to inclement weather or poor field conditions; however, the umpire is to be paid 50% of the game fees.
3. Once the game is handed over to the Umpire in Charge they have full control and may at their discretion call the game due to weather, field conditions, darkness, etc.
4. In the event of a default by at team in a league that keep track of games (wins,losses, and ties) the total fee is to be paid to the umpire(s) that show up at the game as the game is counted in the standings. Note: There is a 15 minute grace period from the time the game is scheduled to start.
5. In the event of the default of a scheduled double header by the same 2 teams in a league that keep track of games (wins, losses and ties) the teams must pay for the game(s) as it is counted in the standings. Note: There is a 15 minute grace period from the scheduled start time and the game is defaulted.
