Chapter 1:Memories and a new Enemy
Serena Tsukino was just sitting in the park on a boring summer's day taking a quick nap when she started to remember things long forgotten.
The Past
Footmen, maids, ladies in waiting and anyone else in the corridors of the moon Palace rushed to get out of the way as Princess Serena Serenity Crestmoon raced towards the main landing pad, her black and gold cloak flying behind her.
When she reached the pad, she noticed that her mother, Queen Serenity, Prince Darien Endymion Terra of Earth, Luna & Artamis (the two cat advisors) and the Inner Sailor Scouts were waiting.
"You're just in time Serena."Her mother stated as Serena walked up to everyone.

Just then a shuttle began to descend from the heavens. As Serena watched with batted breath, the shuttle touched down. About a minute later the door started to open. 
Once the ramp had been lowered, a tall, slender, regal and very graceful figure stepped down.

As she, for it was a lady, came into the light you could see that she wore a black tiara with crystals that changed color as the light hit them. It rested delicately on top of a head mousy brown hair pushing it back on one side of her head. Her green/blue eyes shimmered as she looked around enabling every one to see her pearl and cloth rose earrings. As you looked down, you saw a necklace of different shaped and sized diamonds. It was the necklace of the Sun. 

She wore a midnight blue ankle length, shoulder sleeved dress which hid all but a few curves. It was cut with a V shape at the front which ended in the middle of her breasts with a silver chain linking the material together. You could see the diamond bracelet on one hand and a gold bracelet with twenty sapphires in the middle on the other. On the ring finger of her right hand she had the darkest sapphire you had ever seen in the middle. On the little finger of her left hand she had another gold band with two diamonds on either side of an amber colored stone. One her forehead was the symbol of the sun.
You could tell just by looking at her-she was the crowned princess of the Sun, Princess Tranquil Tranquillity Solar.

When she had finally stepped onto the ground, she took five steps forward before dropping into a deep curtsey.
"Oh my daughter you have no need to curtsey to me or anyone hear." Sighed Queen Serenity as if this had happened quite a few times before.
As the beautiful princess rose you could see a smile that was as bright as the sun itself.
"Of course mother." She replied.
After she had said that, she turned towards Serena. The two looked almost exactly alike. With the exception of about a years difference.
"It is a pleasure to see you again Princess Serena."
Serena didn't bother to reply; instead she ran up to the girl and hugged her with all her might. Totally forgetting about formality and protocol.
"It's great to see you to Tranquil."
The Present
*Woah! That was weird* Serena thought as she gently opened her eyes. She absentmindedly looked at her watch to check the time.
"AHH!!I'm late again!!!!Rayes going to kill me!!"
 
"What time do you call this Meatball Head?!" screamed Raye when Serena finally appeared.
"Raye calm down. I'm sure Serena has a good explanation." Soothed Amy momentarily looking up from her book.
"Thank you Ames. Now the reason I'm late is because I had to take Rini to her swimming class," Serena explained "And don't call me meatball head!!"
"Now that everyone is here why don't we start the meeting." Said Artamis trying to stop the usual fight. So they began talking about the enemy and also doing some training with Darien joining in when he turned up.

About an hour later, everyone was just sitting, eating and chatting when a beeping sound was heard.
"What's that?" asked Mina looking around.
"It's okay. It's just my pager." Stated Serena fishing about in her pocket until her hand came out with a small, plastic device clutched between her fingers.
Everyone was staring at her like she had two heads when she looked up.
"What are you all staring at?" she asked as she went into a fit of giggles.
"Since when have 'you' had a pager? You can barely use a alarm clock."Asked Raye still looking gob smacked.
Serena was so busy laughing now that Darien who had kept quiet and 
miraculously knew all about it started to explain.
"Her parents thought it would be a good idea. They decided that she needed something that would allow them to reach her when needed."
Serena by this time had calmed down so she finished explaining herself.
"They said that it would cost to much to get me a cell phone but a pager would be perfect."
When she had said this she looked down at the little screen and jumped back in shock.

When Darien saw this he immediately rushed to her side, concern plain on his face. Once he had turned her around to face him and the rest of the group, they were horrified to see tears making tracks down her face.
Suddenly she jumped straight into Darien's arms and started to cry hysterically into his shoulder. In her haste she had dropped the pager straight to the floor where Lita picked it up and looked to see what had upset her leader so much.

She read out load what it had written in a horrified voice.
"Sammy has been taken to hospitol.Energy Drain.Come quick.Get Rini first though.Luna."
Everyone gasped in saddened shock as Serena started to cry even harder if that was possible. Darien just sat there, oblivious to everyone but the crying princess in his arms as he soothed her, rubbing his hands up and down her back and stroking her hair.

Ten minutes later (though it seemed like ten hours) Serena's crying gently subsided. Sniffling a bit, she sat up and took the handkerchief offered and wiped her eyes. 
Then without uttering a word-she got up, collected her things and started to walk out of the door. The rest of the scouts where debating going after her when they heard a scream and a cry of 'Moon Crystal Power'. Immediately they started running out, throwing hesitation to the wind.

When they got outside they managed to catch a glimpse of Sailor Moon's hair as she ran after a youma (AN-Just to let you know, I will be alternating between youma and monster) that was heading towards the park. They quickly transformed and went after them.
When they finally reached the park they saw Sailor Moon trying, in vain, to dust the monster. 

The Sailor Scouts rushed into action to protect their leader. Tuxedo Mask released about a dozen roses then went to aid his love.
"Are you alright Sailor Moon?" He asked in a worried though loving tone.
"Yeah, I'm fine Tuxedo Mask but I can't dust them. I have tried everything, every method of dusting youma I know. Nothing works." She said while panting heavily.
Mercury had already got out her visor and was taking scans with her mini computer.
"You're right Sailor Moon. None of are attacks are going to even hurt. The only possible way to destroy it without using the full power of the silver Crystal would be to use…"
"…The Sailor Planet Attack." Guessed Jupiter as she dodged one of the monster's attacks.
"If it's the only way." Muttered Sailor Moon in defeat. 
"But how are we going to keep him away from us to give us enough time to do it?" Asked Mars as she ran out of the way of another attack.
"I'll draw the attack until you're ready." Stated Tuxedo Mask already moving.

The Sailor Scouts just moved into position and got ready for when Tuxedo Mask gave them the signal to begin.
"Do it Sailors!" Tuxedo Mask yelled as he leapt out of the way.

"MERCURY STAR POWER!"
"MARS STAR POWER!"
"JUPITOR STAR POWER!"
"VENUS STAR POWER!"
"MOON CRYSTALL POWER!"

Anyone who was watching would have seen five different beams of energy light in the colors of blue, red, green, yellow and pink. Then with a cry of 
"SAILOR PLANET POWER!"
these energy light beams joined into one blast headed straight for the youma. Then with one final cry of anger it vanished.

Before she totally collapsed in exhaustion, Serena remembered her page from Luna. She made sure everyone else was okay and then left to get Rini. The others knowing this was a family matter, started to walk back to the temple.
 
When they were in the rose gardens they had decided, after a long and extensive talk, that they would needed to upgrade their powers to beat this new breed of youma.
"Look!" exclaimed Raye pointing to a ball of power that was heading straight for them (AN-If you have seen Day of Destiny it is like the transporter sphere Beryl sent for Sailor Moon). Everyone was frozen in fear and thanking their lucky stars that no innocents where around at that time.
*Thank god Serena, Rini and Luna aren't here*
That was Darien's last thought before the blackness of uncosinceness came
 
I'm so so so sorry if I have stolen the names of any characters in this story from others. It is because I hopelessly & unimaginably was unable to think of any of my own. Chapter 2 will be out soon.
