Now this is my version of what happens to Serena
and Darien after seperation as children and meet 
again. I hope you enjoy this new story of mine.

I know it looks like it took me a while for this story's
prologue but when I get stuck on something. I just stop until
I feel ready to go on. And that is what happened with this 
one.

	Serena was up in her room sitting on her bed thinking about
what her mother had told her only a few hours ago. Now she was 
thinking of her first love....her PUPPY LOVE.

	His name was Darien Chiba and he was five years older than 
her. They were childhood friends. Their parents were the best of 
friends and she was best friends with his sister, Rei. 

	They had lived next door to each other until that fateful
day 12 years ago when his father came home and announced that they 
were moving to Japan. He had gotten a promotion and the opening 
was there. So within the next week they were packed and it was time 
to say 'goodbye'.

	Serena remember hugging Rei and telling her to write every 
day. She in turn told Serena the same thing. They were so close and 
now she was losing her best friend.

	She turned to say goodbye to her crush, her puppy love. She
hugged him just feeling safe there as a tear slide down her face. She 
quickly gave him a peck on his cheek which he didn't seem to mind. 
Serena sadly watched as they got into the taxi headed for the airport
where they would board a plane on their way to their new lives and 
out of Serena and her family's.
	
	Serena waved to them as the taxi started to drive away. Tears 
were sliding down her face faster as she watched the taxi disappear 
further and further down the street till she could no longer see them.
Serena was left standing there crying for her dear friends. 

	Now, she could feel tears sliding down her cheeks as she
remembered how she felt watching her dearest friends left her behind.
She then remembered her last words as the taxi drove out of sight. 

	'I am all alone. I will miss you. I love you.'

	She wiped the tears with the back of her hand and stood up. 
'I need to get out for a while. Clear my head. Yes, that's it. Clear 
my head.' Serena then walked out of her bedroom and downstairs.

	"Mom, I'm going out for a walk. I will be back shortly." 
Serena yelled to her mother from the door with her sweater in hand.

	"Okay dear, but make sure it's not too long. Dinner will be 
ready in about an hour."

	"Thanks, Mom. I won't be too long." She was gone out the
front door on her way to clear her head.

Okay that was the beginning of my new story. Short...yes!!!
Tell me what you think? I am still working on DBITH and trying 
hard to finish that story. Now about WITC, that story has been
put on hold for the reason being writer's block.<frowns>
Sorry but writer's block has gotten to me on that story. 
I will try to see what I can do but please be patient with
me on that story. Thanks.
