Andy is not home
and so poor Sue is left all alone
It's okay, she doesn't mind
She'll just sit here, and lose track of time
"When will he be back?" she asks herself
Will he be mad at this poem she left on his shelf?
No, he won't mind.
Actually, I think he'll find
This poem rather cute
Because we all know he likes dressing up in his suit
And bow tie and nice shoes
And do his hair in funky 'doos'
In closing all I have to say
Is I hope he had a very nice day
And when tomorrow comes
He'll have to say,
Sue is great!
Cousin Mark has gone away
This is indeed a very sad day
Sue will remain bored
And look very forlorn
Until the day Cousin Mark comes back
And Sue hopes he doesn't change his name to Jack
Because Cousin Mark is a wonderful name
And a wonderful cousin to all who don't complain
So Cousin Mark, please come home
And make it so Sue is not Alone!
