geekiness
I hear a lot that Elijah Wood is considered on the "geek" side. Finger and toenail biting, random quote speaking, and obsession for video games isn't that weird, is it? If you just answered yes, then, well, cool. o__o; Didn't know what else to say. Well, "geekiness" I guess is just a different name for "Interests".. ^___^; Read below to learn a little about Elijah Wood and his geekiness!
Not only the People:
Not only the fans call him a geek, he calls himself a geek! He has said it on about 3 interviews, i've heard. Quote "I am a geek, I must admit.." Thankies to Laura for finding that for me. He loves video games, likes books people would usually label "for geeks", likes basically unknown music, wears unusual clothes, and likes scifi stuff. Look at any Lij pictures lately? Tell me, how many people do you see walking around wearing the majority of what he wears? Excactly my point. Not that geeks are bad. Go geeks, geeks rule! (and they are hot ^_~)
So.. what if I don't think he's really that geeky?:
Well, I don't really either. I like Tolkien and go to scifi conventions too, and I happen to be working on beating the Jak and Daxter video game right now. He really isn't that geeky, once you think about it, unless you turn geeky into a stereotype. But we don't really wanna do that, do we? ^_~
