A left hand stretches out to the right, the sign of Neptune glowing on the
end of the index finger; a violin starts forming, down to under Eternal
Sailorneptune's chin.  The background, which had been solid black, turns to
shimmering black and sea green, with orbs of light passing by.  In Neptune's
right hand is the bow, and she begins to play a classical tune. "Submarine! 
Violin . . ." she yells, moving around in a circle as multifarious orbs of
blue ocean water form. Still playing, Neptune continues, "Tide!!" The
multifarious orbs shoot out at her enemy.  In a side view, waves of water
stream out behind them as they pool together into one huge orb.  For a
split-second, that scene appears on a blackened half of Neptune's face, the
other half of her face glaring at her enemy (like the Deep Submerge from the
S movie).  The blue orb blasts her enemy with three times the ocean power of
a Deep Submerge.
