A right hand points out to the left, the sign of Uranus glowing on the end of
the index finger.  A golden light appears in the distance, and the scene
moves back to include Eternal Sailoruranus.  During that, the solid black
background turns to a gravel-like shooting-downwards background of black and
deep, deep dark blue.  "SPACE!!" she screams, and the golden light explodes
in size.  The orb starts moving forward, and Uranus finishes, "TURBULENCE!!!" 
The orb shoots forward in three parts with needles of golden energy moving in
before it.  In a front scene, the needles bombard her enemy with painful
sensations but no real damage.  In a side view, the three orbs collect into
one.  For a split-second, that scene appears on a blackened half of Eternal
Uranus' face, the other half glowering at her enemy (like the World Shaking
from the S movie).  In a switch back to the front view, the new huge golden
orb blasts Uranus' enemy, doing MUCH more damage than just some painful
sensations.
