Spiraling the Pink Moon Tier between her fingers on a background of sparkling
white and pink and red, Eternal Sailorchibimoon spins around twice. "Pink
Lady's!" she yells, and white feathers pour out from the Pink Moon Tier,
spiral around her, and form ice crystals. "Freezing . . ." The ice crystals
converge on the top of her Tier, and she points it at her enemy. The
background turns to a mesh of pink and gold, and she finishes, "Kiss!!" The
ice shoots out with a barrage of pink light at her enemy, freezing them (or a
part of them).
