A frosted crystal rose opens; the crimson red symbol of Pluto appears above
it as it does.  "Pluto Eternal Power . . ." Setsuna Meioh calls as the rose
and symbol spiral back onto a beautiful black henshin rod.  She then grabs
the henshin rod and finishes, "Make UP!!"  The Pluto symbol bursts out with
pink and purple light.  When the light fades, Setsuna's body is shining dark
red with streaks of black, with the background a dark coliseum.  Setsuna is
holding out a hand which has a bright pink-purple orb; as she spins around
with it, a full moon swiftly crosses in the background, lighting up the
coliseum.  When Setsuna throws the orb at her feet, the light of it bursts up
and surrounds her just as the moon sets and the coliseum becomes dark once
more.  When the burst of light fades away, the scene is of the profile of
Setsuna in full Eternal uniform. Her hair is high into the air, and as it
settles down, she spins, showing that she is holding the Garnet Rod.  The
scene stops at her face, and with a shimmer of white light, pink lipstick is
applied onto her lips.  When the shimmer moves off the scene, she opens her
eyes and gives a calm smile, then spins back and poses, holding the Garnet
Rod across her body on a background of the planet Pluto with its moon Charon
in the background.  Meioh Setsuna is now Eternal Sailorpluto.
