A frosted crystal rose opens; the sea green symbol of Neptune appears above
it as it does.  "Neptune Eternal Power . . ." Michiru Kaioh yells as the rose
and symbol spiral back onto a beautiful ocean blue henshin rod.  "Make Up!!"
she finishes, grabbing the henshin stick; the Neptune symbol covers her in
sea green light.  When the light fades, Michiru's body is shimmering dark
blue with streaks of white, and the background is a flowing ocean current. 
Bending over so that her hands are between her ankles and her knees, the
light of the Neptune symbol is an orb between her hands.  Michiru then swirls
around, the light of the orb trailing around her, until the orb is at her
throat; then she crosses her arms in front of her chest.  The orb covers her
body so that she's now shining sea green; then the light of her body shines
out, and overtakes the screen.  When that light dies down, Michiru is in full
Eternal uniform, her head facing away.  Her aqua hair blowing around as if
caught in a breeze, Michiru turns her head so that she's facing out, and with
a shimmer, clear lipstick is applied on her lips.  Once the shimmer has
passed the screen, she opens her eyes and gives a gentle smile. She spirals
back, then poses as if she is playing the violin; the background is the
planet Neptune with several of its moons here and there.  Kaioh Michiru is
now Eternal Sailorneptune.
