General:
This stage looks innocent, but for the record a real strat is involved.
I want a consistent finish!
Roll onto the turning platform, slowly roll forward, wait until it turns back again and roll into the goal.
I want a good score!
Actually I'd say 11836 is where good scores begin, even though few people have that. The reason is that they have not read this strat. :) Um, follow the record strat.

You want 11852? Boost right, but not too far (you shouldn't go as far as the last two squares on the right), then pull over left, then right again. Here is the "secret": You do not want to go cleanly onto the moving platform (clean=no jump). When you pull over right, you want to hit the edge of it at full speed, a bit before the first banana.
If you're lucky, you will get hit into the direction of the goal, and you'll be pretty fast too. Ideally you will be very far left, so that you can just pick up the bananas with your right side. Collect all 7 bananas. Near the end of the platform (I think about where the last banana is), pull over to the left to roll over the edge. This is faster than going off cleanly. You should never get anything worse than a .61 ending, and I usually get lots of .66's, .68's, and .70's.
