General:
Only the second stage in Advanced mode, but this is a hard stage for really good scores. There are two bunches, and you need to get both of them fast, too.
I want a consistent finish!
Well that's not hard, let's be honest. Just make sure to take the section with the bumpers slowly, and just roll straight over the hole before the goal.
I want a good score!
It's pretty hard to tell what a good score might be. Maybe 12600. You want to follow the record strat up to the point where you get the second bunch, and from that moment there are several things that can happen or that you can do. For example, if you get bounced up again by the bumper, just finish the level like you always would. If you stay on the side platform, you could do it safely and go through the section with the bumpers. Try various things yourself, maybe you'll be lucky and get a really fast finish.

Good luck on that one. Even though my 13042 seems pretty crazy, I know that over 13100 is possible. Boost right, go left, another short hook to the right and left again until you are very far on the left side. Now you should pull over to the right side shortly before the top of the first hill. Bounce near the top of the second hill (continue to go right), barely pick up the banana bunch in the air on its right side, fall off to the right side to the platform below. Land very close to the edge of the platform, barely pick up the second bunch on its left, and while bouncing up, hit the bumper.
As you will see, it doesn't happen very often that you pick up both bunches. And it happens even less often that you get a good bounce off the bumper. Ideally, the bumper will hit you up and straight ahead, you'll bounce once on the platform, over the gap, land on the platform with the bumpers, pick up the banana there, and roll over the edge. Since you roll over this edge at an angle, it will hit you over to the left and often you'll fly to the left side of the goal at high speed. I simply reduced my speed a bit so I only got hit slightly to the left, picked up another banana, and went into the goal.
