General:
Oh boy, I am SO glad I don´t have to play this one anymore. It is pretty annoying, believe me.
I want a consistent finish!
If you want to get into the blue goal, just follow it at the beginning.
If you want the red goal, hold up-right at the beginning, fall over the edge onto the track below you, and wait around there until the goal comes around to you.
I want a good score!
Follow the record strat, anything better than 52350 or so is good.

Hold right at the beginning, then pull back-left to turn around fast, go over the edge exactly at the corner and then move as far as possible to the left. Bounce off the very top of the sloping edge and hopefully you will instantly break the ribbon of the red goal, pick up the bunch, and, if you´re very lucky, get the single banana in front of the green goal after breaking the ribbon.
