Everybody should have this record, it's one of the easiest around. I did it 4 times in a row once, which should indicate how easy it is.

Boost right, then left, just like on B1 get the first banana, and when you jump swirl slightly to the right to (barely) pick up that banana and jump into the very right side of the goal. You should always finish with 58.21 left, but it may take a bit until you pick up the second banana. Don't give up, it's easy.
