1.Copy your original c:/logo.sys , c:/windows/logow.sys
  and c:/windows/logos.sys into a temporary folder as  
  backup files.

Note: *.sys file type is usually hidden in your computers. 
Thus, you might have trouble in finding *.sys files for 
copying files. To see these hidden files,

Go to Explorer choose View menu, 
then select Options... In the dialog, 
enable "Show all files" .Now , you can see them.

2.Unzip the logo#.zip downloaded.
3.Put the new logo.sys under c:
      the new logow.sys under c:/windows/
      the new logos.sys under c:/windows/

Here you are! You have replaced the bored Windows 
startup and Shutdown screen with our Goro!
