1.create a new folder under your hard disk
  eg.c:/goroicon
2.upzip the file and extract into this favourite folder
3.now when you open this folder, you should have icons 
  of goro in it. 
  eg.c:/goroicon/goro1.ico
  You can see him directly!
4.Choose the desktop icon you are going to change.
  And right click your mouse.
5.Choose Properties 
6.Choose Short cut
7.Choose change icon
8.Choose Browse
  Now, you should browse eg. c:/goroicon/goro1.icon
9.Click OK! You have done it
10. Now Goro is on everywhere of your desktop
