Payment / Forclosure of Property Disclosure Agreement

 

An initial request for payment will be sent out on the day of completion. 

 

A second notice will be sent no earlier than five (5) days after the completion of the work. 

 

A third and final notice will be sent out no earlier than fifteen (15) days after the completion of the work and no earlier than ten (10) days after the second notice is sent out. 

 

If no payment is received for work completed and done by 30 days past the final notice date, all items created and/or serviced by SmashTheButton will become the property of SmashTheButton.

 

It is also the direct responsibility of SmashTheButton to make sure all notices are sent out and SmashTheButton cannot collect unpaid for property without allowing the allotted time stated in this document.  For instance, if SmashTheButton fails to send the second notice till after ten days of completion, the final notice cannot be sent until 10 days after that notice is sent.  In other words, if SmashTheButton does not stay on schedule, the consumer benefits.

 

This document must be signed and included with your system when sent to SmashTheButton.  If this document is not signed or not included, SmashTheButton will not perform any work until a completed copy of this document is received.  Returns of systems that are received without a completed copy of this document will be charged a handling fee of $15.00.  The request for this handling fee will follow the same rules as above for collection of service fees.
