Greetings to all,
for those who don't know,i am the Godfather of the smash eleven. I have decided to give you all 5 minutes of my precious time,to talk about the smash as we embark on another season.
As i reflect back yonder,to the year when i created this marvelous entity,that is the smash eleven,i believed it would be in safe hands as i discovered army life with the NZ army,but i was wrong.
On my return home, after my stint with the forces, i was shocked to hear of leadership coups within the ranks of the smash eleven,Emerey abused his powers as sultan to the fullest extent possible,

believing that he should be payed a monthly tribune in pies, along with his henchman joe seager, he tried to rule the smash with an iron fist. But like all megolomaniacs, Emereys power trip was eneded by a carefully plotted strategic coup, in which saw andrew roberts and daniel gummer take over the rains and joint sultans......conclusion....screw you guys, flies hang off you!

Now we have got that crap out of the way, it's time to talk about the main issue at hand, The smash eleven. I just gave you an insight on the goings on behind the smash, but thats not why i bothered to learn how switch on a computer so i could talk to you. As you all know the cricket season has started, the birds are singing,the skies are blue(sometimes)Dale and gummer are asleep in the gutters looking for new forms of bacteria,emerey is in the outfield counting his strecthmarks,and finally the smash eleven is attempting to play the sport of cricket. For the first in the Smash Elevens short history,we have actually managed to organise a full season of play(well nearly anyway) so far todate this season.we have played four games, the first,being a tight match between the smash and the republic of sunnynook, the republic going on to win due to superior captaincy skills of Dale Gooding. We have also played a pub team called the dudes 3 times now, with the smash winning 2 games to 1. The real test is yet to come, as the smash eleven face their biggest challenge todate,the long anticipated match up between the Smash and birkenhead soccer club,this contest is to be held on a grass surface on january 13th, and not this astroturf , the difference being.........grass is good, turf is shyte!

I would like to end of this piece of rotting ectoplasm that will soon become a layer of detritis, by saying ....Thanks to all smash fans, the fans who always read up on the website(but are dissapointed, because there is never nothing new. no worries Dale has lead a succesfull coup to gain control of this site) if you are one of those fans......then you have issues, get it sorted. Another big chukka brown eye to the fans that turn up on game day, yes you the seagulls,rogue dogs and swahili bush ferets........you too have issues
