Episode 2- Separation
Tens of laser guns appear on the top of the craft.
Sonic shrugs. "A bunch of laser guns? Big deal."
Seemingly in response to his sarcasm, one of them turn towards him and shoots
at him. He easily dodges. "No problem." The rest of the laser guns aim at
him. "Fine, so you wanna have some fun, do you?"
"Actually, I do, Sonic." a voice shouts from the ship. Distracted, Sonic
forgets to avoid the lasers heading toward him, and is directly hit.
"SONIKKU!" Amy shouts, before realizing Sonic is unharmed.
"Oh, the pain. I can't stand it. I am going to die." Sonic sarcastically
says. He then lifts up his foot to run, but realizes he can't move. "Shoot...I'm
paralyzed!"
"Activate grabber hand!" A hand shoots down, swallows up Sonic in its grasp,
and shoots back up into the ship. There is not even enough time for him to
cry out for help. Amy and Tails helplessly run toward where Sonic was, shouting
for him.
"Do Mario next! Do Mario next!" a deep, evil...bouncy voice is heard from
inside the ship. "Funny I'd hear a voice like that come from you..." the
man at the controls says. "If you say so..."
Mario, with his back turned, is helpless to avoid the attack, and is captured
in a similar way.
Link tries to deflect the lasers with his Mirror Shield, but they simply
pass through it. Link is taken also.
Pikachu uses Agility to dart around the lasers. However, there is a fun move
from Pokemon called Lock-On that guarantees 100% accuracy...Pikachu is grabbed
by another hand.
The Japanese-speaking girl unleashes magic attack after another on the ship,
along with the male figure next to her who does definitely NOT have a crush
on her. They all fail.
*Impossible...how...* *No...*
Sakura, too, is paralyzed. Syaoran darts in front of her, trying to block
the hand.
*Take me, not her! I don't care! Just...don't...take...Sakura...*
"I'm sorry, brat, I don't speak Japanese." the voice from the ship says,
snatching Sakura up too. *NO!*
Luigi hides behind a tree, waiting for his capture too. But it does not come.
"That's enough fun for today...if you ever wish to see your friends again
ALIVE, we'll see you at Final Destination. However, have fun getting there..."
the voice says.
Yoshi looks confused. "Final...destination?"
Tails comments, "So they're using their captives as bait...they'll never
get away with this!"
"Wanna bet, fox boy?" the voice on the ship continues, as a something drops
from it. "Goodbye, losers!" An assortment of evil laughter is heard as the
ship warps away.
"PIII chu pi PI chu piii!" Pichu shouts.
Tails glances at the translator. It is the last thing he sees before the
object hits.
'IT'S A BOMB!!!'
