Episode 22: Kirby 15X
The heroes (or so we like to think) are instantly overwhelmed by the wave of Kirbies, all with different powers.
�PI! Chpichu pipi chu! (The pinkness is overwhelming me!)� Pichu screams.
Yoshi looks at a Kirby who used the rock ability. �Cooool- it�s a Mario statue,� he comments. The Kirby/Mario statue then tips itself over onto Yoshi's back, pinning him to the ground.
"Eh, this is nothing compared to the real Mario..." Yoshi remarks humorously.
Somehow there seems to be an equal match for every character, as the camera pans over the scene, Syaoran is seen dueling with sword Kirby, Luigi and 2 fire Kirbies are in a flame war, and Zelda and...mirror Kirby (hey, it is the closest thing to a magician) are throwing random spells back and forth at each other.
But...Amy and Jigglypuff are standing in the middle of the whirlwind battle (complete with actual whirlwind from Tails and jet Kirby), unscathed. Amy is still sitting around with an empty gaze, oblivious to the world around, even as thunder Kirby flies into and off of her face, with Pichu following.
Jigglypuff, however, is sitting around staring wistfully at the first Kirby, the one that is still unconscious. Because, you know, it is so cyuuuuuuuuuuute, isn't it?
*Hmmm...a worthy foe, or something cheesy like that.* Syaoran comments while dueling sword Kirby still. Suddenly, as he is backtracking, he trips over a box and crashes to the floor. He swiftly rolls out of the way to avoid sword Kirby's slice. Looking back at the box he stumbled upon, he notices it has a bomb marking on it.
*This gives me an idea...* Moving in front of the box, Syaoran waits for a splitsecond before sword Kirby attacks again. Then, Syaoran again rolls out of the way of danger as an explosion rocks the ground behind him.
Getting to his feet, Syaoran shouts to the others, *Hey! Use the boxes!*
"Boxes?" Yoshi asks vaguely. Then spotting one, Yoshi grabs one in his mouth. There is a faint hissing noise from inside. "Mmm...fizzy bomb." He then turns his neck around as far as possible, and spits the box out onto the rock Kirby on top of him. BOOM!
Slightly browned, Yoshi staggers to his feet and comments, "Next time I'll have to find a way to get out of blast radius.
"Piii chupi? (These boxes?)" Pichu asks, holding up a box with a star on it. It then vaporizes into midair as thunder Kirby shocks it.
*No, the ones with bombs on it!*
Pichu looks around and finds one that matches the description, and picks it up.
"Pichu chu? (Like this?)" Thunder Kirby, at the same moment, jump tackles Pichu.
KABLAMMO!
*...Yes...that one.*
Pichu, also charred, but somehow still alive (cause you know, characters don't die unless it's a cutscene, right?), says briefly, "Pi. (Ow.)"
Eventually, all the characters manage to fend off there respective Kirby(s) with the power of exploding bomb blocks. Why use skill and finesse when you can blow them up?
"Gee, that was easier than expected." Tails mentions.
There is the familiar ACME sound of an anvil falling, suddenly. The group cranes their neck upward to look at whatever is falling.
Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane, it's SUPERMAN!...um, except not.
