| Marcus Christian is known around fashion circles as one of today's more popular male models. Now, he's looking to branch out into the world of pro wrestling. Born Harvey Winklestein, Marcus was the geeky kid in school that girls ignored and other boys picked on. He found solace in two things: books and professional wrestling. In fact, he used to sometimes imagine himself as some of his favorite wrestlers, beating up on his tormentors. As a child, he vowed that he would someday become famous, showing all of the people that teased and taunted him that he was somebody. His luck seemed to change once Marcus hit senior year of high school. The young man had finally grown into his looks, becoming quite the handsome lad and gaining tons of attention. The formerly invisible Marcus loved it all and lapped it up, his head swelling to enormous proportions. Seeing his looks as a ticket to stardom, he changed his name legally to "Marcus Christian", put college plans on hold, and moved to New York, intent on becoming a model. The first few years were difficult for young Marcus. After all, handsome, male model wannabes were a dime a dozen in the Big Apple so he hardly stood out. When his portfolio wasn't being rejected, he spent his time working as a waiter and sleeping with any and everything that gave him a second glance. Realizing how good he was in bed, Marcus decided to use that to his advantage. And, before you could say "casting couch", our hero was soon signed to a modeling contract. Marcus was extremely popular and soon found himself becoming quite the successful models, working with some of the top designers and magazines. But that professional wrestling dream still nagged at him. Inspired by the success of fellow wrestler/model "Alluring" Arielle Starr, Marcus decided to follow his dream, eventually entering her school for training. Now, he's joined WILD, looking to transfer his success in modeling to the wrestling world. |
