WALFARE

We as the NGOs believe that the welfare of the kidney patient is paramount. We are doing this to ensure the physical, emotional, psychological, social and financial well-being of the kidney patient is taken care of through the programmes that we try on.

 

Core Objectives

• Counsel patients and their families to manage their emotional, social, psychological, physical and financial well-being issues that usually happens when one learns that he or she is suffering from chronic kidney disease – end stage kidney failure.
• To visit dialysis centres within and outside the Kuching at least once a year, and counsel the patients on their social, financial, psychological and family problem should the need arises.
• To help the patients to source for suitable jobs base on their qualifications and health condition under the Jobs Placement Scheme.
