During
the process of my project, I faced a lot of problems in product designing and
material selection. To solve the problems, I found the reference books, browsed
the web page and asked the people. In this project, I learned how to find ways
to solve the difficulties and problems. Here are some of my problems that faced
in the project.
Problems
1.
In the conceptual
thinking, I decide to apply the infrared technologies in my project; it is
because the principle of the infrared is much simple and easy to posses. But it
has one of a big problem in receiving: when there has an obstacle, it cannot
receive the signal, this would restrict the communicate distance.
Problem
solving:
I give up the use of infrared and change to use the radio for it would
not have the problem that occurs in using the infrared.
2.
The
principle of the radio frequency is much complex and it is difficult to control
the frequency. I¡¦ve found two kinds of radio transmitter, due to the receiving
problems, I gave up those circuit lastly.
Problem
solving:
By browsing the radio web page, I found that it is much easy to define
the signal and tuned the frequency by using the remote control encoder and
decoder. I started to find more principles of IC PT2262 andPT2272.
In
shell design, I also faced in
problems.
3.
The
first created shell is too large since there are many spare space left.
Problem
solving:
Reduce
the size of the shell that can be fit to the circuit.
Through
of these difficulties, I¡¦ve learned a lot in problem solving. Since there are
some problems are still existed, It will be solved in the future development.
