3/4 cup light or Fat Free Miracle Whip or Salad Dressing 3/4 tbsp. Mustard (any kind,sometimes I use honey mustard or Dijon for extra taste) grated cheddar Method- Pull bottom leaves off cauliflower and rinse in cold water leaving moisture on it.Put on a microwavable plate and cover loosely with Saran Wrap venting to allow seam to escape.Microwave on high power 8-10 minutes While cauliflower is cooking make a paste from salad dressing & mustard Remove saran wrap at end of cooking time and cover completely with paste mixture.Cook another 2 minutes & sprinkle with cheese while hot so cheese melts.
