Bio: Born on January 29 in Knoxville, Illinois, Justin was raised in Orland Park, Illinois with his older brother Nathan and younger sisters Megan and Gabriela. Justin attended Southern Illinois University and The University of Illinois in Chicago majoring in History and Theater.

Justin Hartley made his television debut playing Nicholas Foxworth "Fox" Crane, son of Ivy Winthrop and Julian Crane on daytime soap opera Passions.

When his contract with Passions ended in December 2005, Hartley went on to play in several indy films. He later landed the roll of Oliver Queen, on the hit television series Smallville. He even landed a roll in a smallville spinoff based on super hero Aqua Man, unfortunately the show never got off the ground.

Justin currently resides in Los Angeles with his former passions co-star and wife, Lindsay (Korman) Hartley. The couple have a daughter, Isabella Justice Hartley, born July 3, 2004.
