Repeat Prescription Service
Repeat prescriptions will only be issued if authorised by a doctor .
To reorder bring your tear-off re-order form to the reception desk or post it to us.
We cannot accept telephone requests unless a person is housebound and has no able-bodied carers. The prescription will be ready by 3pm the following day or posted if you provide a stamped addressed envelope . Fax requests also are generally not acceptable.

You can order your repeat medication via the internet if you obtain a PIN number from reception.

Not all medicines are suitable to be issued as a REPEAT order
If it is agreed between the doctor and yourself that you should have a repeat then it will be added to the list of authorised medication which you may order at regular intervals without seeing the doctor. However every 6 to  12 months you will be called in to  check the effectiveness of such treatment.   This is called a MEDICATION REVIEW

Family Planning PILL CHECKS can be carried out by our practice nurse and your repeat prescription issued
