Please tell the receptionist if you wish to see a particular doctor.
A regular appointment.
is 10 minutes long.
It can be booked in advance.
It is with the doctor of choice.
An urgent appointment.
This is only 5 minutes long.
It is intended only for urgent medical matters which cannot wait until the next regular appointment.
The doctor may decide a full appointment may be neccessary and you will be asked to re-book.
Repeat prescriptions will not be issued during an urgent consultation.
You are expected to see the first available doctor.
Some appointments can be booked over the internet however initially you must be registered and issued with a PIN number from reception.

Punctuality
We do our best to keep surgeries to time and to keep your waiting time to a minimum.
But if you come more than 10 minutes late it will be necessary for you to re-book your appointment. or be prepared to wait until the end of the session.
