ABBY INTERVIEWS THE FIRST EVICTEE FROM THE CELEBRITY HOUSE
SHAGGY LOOKS BACK
(THIS DATA WAS COLLECTED FROM SHAGGY'S INTERVIEW)
SHAGGY ON HIS FELLOW HOUSEMATES ALAN: - "I never really found it easy to talk to Alan. He seemed to be simply there to do the gardening. In fact, myself and Ann once referred to him as 'The Gardener'. However, I think that Alan may have a game plan, and although he doesn't show it, if he doesn't go out soon, it really will start to come out. I rarely spoke to him, and maybe if I had got to know him better my feelings towards him may have improved." ANGELINA: - "She is a great person, but doesn't have much to say. She did quite a lot of the cooking, she sunbathed, but she was quite content to just sit there and listen to everyone else talk. This may count against her in the weeks to come. She was very kind, and is trying to establish herself as a bit of a mother figure to the group. She can be funny and interesting when she does open her mouth and contributes in conversations, but this is rare, and she has to speak out more often if she wants to survive." ANN: - "She seemed very cheerful and pleasent in the first week, but after the first task something came over her, and all of a sudden, I thought 'This woman doesn't like me, or anyone else in the house.' She seems to drift about, and starts to talk about people behind their backs. If she is not careful the others will notice and she will be out of there in no time. My words of wisdom to her: 'Watch your step.' If she isn't careful, someone will backstab the backstabber." BRAD: - "He is caught up between two people: - Britney, and jennifer. Jennifer is very jealous of Britney, or at least she was in the first week, and Brad did't know who to side with. It is clear as hell that he fancies, or feels something for Britney, but these feelings are the same as he feels for Jennifer, so he has a very hard decision. Now that Britney and jennifer are back in together, I don't know wat will happen with Brad. Brad tried very hard to become the dominent "Father" figure of the group, but it didnt seem to work too well. I wish him luck, and hopes he gets on well in the competition." BRITNEY: - "Britney is brilliant, by far my favourite in the house. She is very innocent - looking, and although she was accused of being a stirrer, I think that she is doing what she has to do in the house, and I commend her. If she keeps her personality, and doesn't change, she will go far, and i hope she does. The only thing she has to change is her relationship with Martin. I dunno what they are both doing, but i think in that relationship there will be tears before bedtime." DAVID: - "David is probably the best male celebrity left in the house. He doesn't lend himself to conversations much, but he is brilliant in the kitchen, and brilliant to have a sporting game with. He perhaps needs to be more forwarding with his feelings (I know he misses his family but he doesn't say anything about it.) I think he will become the dominent figure in the house if Brad steps down, and if he opens up more and speaks his mind, he will be well on the way to winning Celebrity Smallest brother." GILLIAN: - "There is definatly an alligance being made between Gillian and Madonna. They both talk to each other all the time, and I mean, ALL THE TIME. I think the pair will have a lot to say if they survive, but when one of them goes, the other will be stranded. Gillian was quite comical in the time I was in the house, but needed Madonna as a double act. She can be quite stroppy early in the morning, but, apart from that, I don't have much to say more about her. JENNIFER: - "Dispite our argument, I liked Jennifer. She was finding it hard in the house because of her rows with Britney and she seemed really stressed out. I hope she and Britney can become more civilised towards each other, because if they can, Jennifer may be able to relax a little bit. If she can do that, she will become more sociable and kind towards the other housemates. I really thought she would be going because of her rows and her manic-ness, but that was not to be, i'm afraid. She became quite close to Angelina in the first few days, but, although I don't know what happened there, they seemed to stop chatting and talking. The whole house was divided in two when jennifer rowed with Britney, with a lot of people taking britney's side. If Jennifer had gone this first eviction, it would have healed the house, and people would have been able to get on a little better. We'll have to see what happens. LUCY: - "Very quiet, is all I can say. She only really became rowdy when we got drunk. She would spend hours by the little stream in the garden, running her hands through the water and thinking about something or other. If we could probe into her mind, she would probably have lots of interesting stuff to say, but if she doesnt open up, she will be packing her bags and will be out of that door in no time at all. I felt sorry for her getting the sleeping bag, and if no girls go soon, she will have to have it for a very long time, unless she wants to move in with the boys. MADONNA: - "She can sometimes be very quiet, and sometimes she can be bubbly and off the wall. This is usually when she is with Gillian, the two have a very entertaining double act. Madonna likes the puppies, and spent a lot of time in the kennal. She will be brilliant if a task comes along concerning the puppies. When she is not with Gillian, she likes to have quiet little chats with people, sitting at the coffee tables in the kitchen. I think she would backstab to win, altough I couldn't be too sure. I really am not certain about Madonna's personality at the moment. MARTIN: - "That thing with himself and britney is never going to work out. Martin is fun loving, and very caring towards Britney. If you ask me, for some unknown reason, I think he will do well in the house. Britney already has a boyfirend, but she is flirting outragously with all the boys. Martin will have to be very careful. Martin will play tennis with anyone, including Ann, and he spends some time in the court. I don't really know a lot about him, and I'm still not sure about where he will come in the final placing. PIERCE: - "He is like Angelina, he has little to say. Before long, people will dismiss him as being "Boring" and they will unanomously nominate him. I think he will come fairly low down, but he is very quiet, like, as I say, Angelina, and a bit like Lucy. He became attatched to Jennifer early on, but I really cannot see it lasting. TONY: - Tony tries very hard to get on with all the housemates, and in some way he pulls them all together. he talks about boring things, as someone does when they are in charge of an entire country. he's missing his wife and kids, and it's really hard for him. He told me that the phone call to hi wife was harrowing, as you wanted to see the person more if you heard their voice. he will come fairly high up if he is not nominated on the grounds of missing his family. The housemates will fall apart by the seams when Tony goes and is not there to be supportive. SHAGGY'S PLACING TABLE "This is where I'm going to rate all the housemates. I think they will come in this order:" 13th: Alan 12th: Lucy 11th: Martin 10th: Pierce 9th: Gillian 8th: Madonna (Because she can't survive without Gillian) 7th: Jennifer 6th: Angelina 5th: Tony 4th: Ann 3rd: Brad 2nd: David 1st: Britney SHAGGY ON LIFE IN THE SMALLEST BROTHER HOUSE It certainly wasn't easy, but it wasn't my goal to go out first. I honestly thought someone more boring would walk out of the door, because I had got used to the cameras, I wasn't missing home, i was trying my best. One lousy cookery challenge let me down. if the rest of the team had noted that it was just one challenge, and how hard I was trying, I wouldn't have been nominated and then it would have been most probably Jennifer standing here instead. I felt gutted when I was nominated, because you feel like the whole house want you out. when I was nominated, I thought I stood a great chance because of Jennifer's row with Britney, and I thought jennifer would be voted out. If there wern't such characters as Gillian and Madonna, or Britney, the house would be very boring. Comedy was the only thing that spiced it up, and made it worth the effort. You realise about five days into the thing that there really are cameras charting your every move, and you feel uncertain about what the future holds. Smallest brother really is in control of your lives. He decides when he will throw you a mini task, what kind of challenge you will do, how you behave. He talks to you in the Diary Room hinting little things. For instance, if you had just shouted your head off at David, and you were going into the Diary Room to complain, one of the first things Smallest brother will say will be "Perhaps you ought to talk to david?" OR "What would you like to say to David to make up to him?" These innocent phrases actually are ordering you to do something. They might as well say "Go and talk to david and make up". You really are a puppet, and Smallest brother pulls the strings. Smallest Brother likes throwing tasks at you when you look bored, and then he decides wether or not he will give you a reward. Most often than not he won't, and he's just given the task to spice up life in the house. What the remaining housemates must remember is that Smallest Brother is in control of the house. He IS the house, and he controls your lives. It's been hard, but it's been an experience. I'm glad I did it, but I would have preferred to go a bit later on than first.
| ABBY SAYS Abby, the Smallest Brother presenter, airs her views on Shaggy's eviction and life in the house ABBY: "Shaggy certainly wasn't the strongest figure in the household, but I personally don't think he ought to have been nominated this very first week. He was evicted, not because of him failing the task, but because he had less to offer than Jennifer. Jennifer spiced up the house with her personality clashes with Britney, and that is why Shaggy was voted out of the house with such a huge majority. He was gutted to be nominated, and he really had to take it better to survive. He also had to be more humerous and genuine to get the public vote turned around. It was very hard telling the house Shaggy was to be evicted, because quite a few of the people in that house were expecting Jennifer to go. They all looked really guilty as he went to pack his bags." ABBY'S TIP FOR THE TOP: Britney or Tony. They seem to be the most genuine people in the house, and should have a good chance to escape their fellow housemates' nomination ABBY'S "TO GO NEXT": I really think that Angelina should be thrown out next. She does not offer a lot for the group and therefore should be nominated next week. SHAGGY'S TIP FOR THE TOP: Britney. Really lovely, genuine, and innocent. I really hope she does well. SHAGGY'S "TO GO NEXT": Alan should go, because he is boring. His main concern in the house is making the roses look nice, an who cares wether the bloody roses look nice!?
