Interesting Thing

SO... I am getting married. For real. To a boy no less (Ceri). February 20, 2005. I'll have to post some pics of him I reckon...

I'm quitting my job at Petsmart. Hope to find another job working with animals, though. I found this photo online, from the grand opening of the Petsmart I work at. :D

I did some volunteering as an animal technician at the Mercer County Wildlife Center. Good place.

Top ten reasons why Liz is really a... HAMSTER!!!!!

10) She's little and easily damaged.
9) Needs an exercise wheel. Otherwise she'd be bouncing up and down all the time.
8) She doesn't like people knocking, banging, shouting, criticizing, playing loud music, or otherwise disturbing her cage.
7) She likes to chew things.
6) She took Septra when she had an infection...
5) Extremely nearsighted.
4) She is a solitary creature. She doesn't want a roommate! Really!
3) Can we stress this enough? Solitary! Presence of other human beings stresses her out!
2) She startles very easily...
1) She's really, REALLY cute!

The cat at the top of the page is named Josie (no, not as in Josie and the Pussycats), but she thinks her name is Kitty, because that's what I usually call her. Josie was 6 months old when my sister rescued her from the street. I adopted Josie in May, 2002. Take a look at some photos of Josie right after I adopted her... there's some photos of my mom's pets too.
