Flew from Manchester had wheelchair assistance onto the plane. We were met at the airport in Tenerife by an accessible wheelchair minibus. The lady who met us had even collected our suitcases of the turntable carousel, and we were ready to go to our apartment. It takes about 20 minutes to get to los cristionas from the airport so it wasn�t long before we arrived there. We booked in at reception and a man brought down our luggage for us. The room had 2 bathrooms one of which was accessible for wheel chairs and had a wheel in shower. We did have to hire the shower chair though from a place in the hotel, which has, a lot of equipment for hire e.g. hoists, wheelchairs, walking frames whole range. There is a hoist into the pool and the pool is heated to a lovely warm temperature. There are raised sun loungers for easy transfers. Ramps everywhere. Raised tables in the dining room. We stayed over New Year and they had a gala dinner on New Years Eve, which was very enjoyable. You can also have health treatments at the hotel.
