| "Well, I'm sorry but I don't have my render a gaurd uncontious spell on me." Gwen smarts back. "Ok then." Priest says as he looks at the gaurd. "You know what that means." the guard gets a funny look on his face. "Not what?" Alaina asks Ivy. "I told you this was the right place." Ivy says back to her. "Well then let me just give you a round of aplause. Oh, wait I can't!" Alaina raises her hands to show that she is tied up. Ivy sitting beside her restained aswell. "At least that Jade fellow got away." "Yeah, I'm sure he'll be busting down that door any time now to fight for our freedom. Jade is a passivist you idiot!" Alaina screams as she leans back in her chair. "That's no reason to shout." Ivy scolds her. "Maybe they will realize that they are making a mistake and let us go." "Yes, I'm sure any minute now someone will walk in and order our release." Alaina sits back and stews. The door to the room opens. Preist and Gwen rush in. Gwen begins untying Alaina. "You know you don't have to do everything I do." "Ha ha very funny." Alaina says as she jumps up out her seat. Gwen finishes untying Ivy. "Now how do we get out?" Gwen says as she looks around at everyone. "I can take care of that." Ivy says as she walks up and puts her hand against the wall. "I summon Thee to come to me the object that I wish......My car." "Alaina honey duck behind that desk." Gwen tells her. "No argument here." she dives under it as the boat of a car slams it's way through the wall Ivy backs up to lead it he rest of the way into the room. "Your insane!" Gwen shrieks. Ivy looks at her with a smirk. "If you think this is insane you should see my next trick." Gwen and Priest walk over to the hole in the wall. "I guess we could crawl out. I mean it's only the second story......" Priest says. "Uh hem...." Ivy clears her throught. They both turn around to see her and Alaina in the car. Ivy stands up. "So, who wants a ride?" Priest and Gwen look at each other. A load horn is heard as the car flys out of the building as it hits the ground it shakes. "That's not a good sound." Alaina says as they begin down the street. "By all acounts this thing shouldn't even be running." comments Jade. "What Can I say? I have friends in high places." Ivy remarks. "Speaking of friends. Aren't we forgeting someone." Alaina breaks in. Ivy slams on the breaks. "Jade!" They barrel back towards the building to find Jade walking down the street towards them. Ivy stops the car Gwen jumps out of it. "Jade your ok. How did you get out?" He starts to laugh at her. "Well, you see the funniest thing. I was sneaking around looking for you. When I was almost caught by these two gaurds. Which would have really sucked I might add. When all of a sudden I heard a loud crash. I sounded like someone ran a car throught the building. Any idea who might have done something like that?" Ivy chimes in. "Not at all. Now get in before we have company." They climb into the car. "I wonder what they want with us?" Gwen asks. "Do you want to find out?" Jade says handing her something. "Is this what I think it is?" Gwen smiles at him. "That my dear is a hard drive." Jade says as he begins to laugh once again. "Wait, you barely know anything about computers. How did you know to......Alaina?" Gwen looks over at her. "What? So, I taught Jade a few tricks. Aren't you glad I did?" Back at Jade's. "I've almost got it." Alaina says. "I can't believe a fifteen year old is breaking into goverment files. I mean she told me she could I just didn't believe her." Gwen says pacing behind the computer. "Got it!" Alaina screams. "Ok, let's just see what you have for us shall we?" They all stare at the screen. "Oh my God!" "We need to move people!" one of the men says to the other suits, as they begin to clear out of the old church. "What about agent Priest?" One of the men asks. "Forget him." the man says. "I want nothing left, in five minutes we are gone." "They have files on hundreds of witches alone." Gwen says as she sits down next to the desk. "Gwen." Alaina says. "They have one on you." Priest walks up to Gwen puting his hand on her shoulder. "You're why I'm here. They sent me to eliminate the threat." he grows silent. "I know where they are." "Yeah, we do to. Remember, we kind of broke out of there." Gwen replies. "No, that was just interigation. I know where the head quarters is." Gwen looks over at Jade. "I'll drive." They arrive to an empty church. "I don't understand. How could there be nothing here?" Alaina asks. "They're goverment agents Alaina. They can make things disapear." Gwen says to her while picking up a piece of paper left on the floor. She hands it to Priest. "It's brail." Dear Priest, "You made a powerful enemy today. You may feel for these witches but remember. We are the only ones to know your past and still stick by you. Are you sure they can do the same? Ps. See you real soon." "What's it say?" Gwen askes. Priest crumples the paper in his hand. "They'll be back." Jade walks up. "And with you around. We'll be ready for them." Gwen says to him. Jade pats Priest on the back. "Welcome to Avalon Bud." The End. |
