HORLACHER Tractor mechanic Cecil R. Horlacher, 82, of Fontana died Saturday of heart failure at Loma Linda Community Hospital. Horlacher, a native of Texas , lived in Fontana 45 years .He was a retired tractor mechanic for Condosta Tractor. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his two sons, Lecil Dye of Yucaipa and Don Dye of Fontana; three brothers, Frank of Santa Barbara, and Sam and Clarence, both of Coolidge, Ariz.; four sisters, Dorothy Nash of Modesto, Lora Shannon of Ingram, Texas, and Ethel Leathco and Katherin Davis, both of Coolidge, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, with a funeral service at 1 p.m., both at Ingold Chapel, 8277 Juniper Ave., Fontana.
