Ethic Cleansing Small Group Project
Assignment
- Web site
- Powerpoint presentation (general review, about 12 slides)
Each needs a timeline, map(s), pictures, history.
- You need to attribute source for anything you use from another web site or it's plagiariam.
- You also need to clear on the U.S. government's role in this or its response to it.
- As a group, list five important moral questions arising from this study and five conclusions about man and morality arising from this. Each of these should be a slide on your Powerpoint presentation.
- You might even consider doing a library display on this topic. I'd guess the librarians would love it!

On Thursday, I will give you an essay question, "How can good, intelligent, often religious, usually educated and sophisticated, persons cold bloodedly kill innocent and defenseless fellow human beings?"
On Friday, Janaury 22, the groups will be assigned. this will be your class work and homework for the next week. The web site and Powerpoints is due by Friday, Janaury 29.
On Monday, January, 25, we will begin class by breaking into four groups of four or five and studying an example of "ethnic cleansing." This will be a starting point for many questions and topic will face this semester. You will have the laptops available in J127.
On Tuesday and Wednesay, January 26 & 27 you will have library time to work on this. Thursday, will be "a finish up the work day." we will have the laptops in J127 and yo ucan work after school if you want.
