Tentative Grading Plan

400+ point grading scale
About 50 points per major section of the course
plus 50 point quarter and final exam

There are seven major sections of the course, each worth 30or 40 points. Each section has two major grades, an assignment and/or journal and a test.

Each quarter has a website grade and a class contribution grade.

There will be a quarter exam and a semester exam, each worth about +50.

 Remember that you can earn up to +10 in extra credit per quarte! All extra credit needs to be approved by the teacher.
