This exam should have been challenging but my students should have done well. There is nothing new on this exam. Everything on this exam has been on the first quarter exam or second quarter tests. Students should have kept their answer sheets and corrected their mistakes. The assigned homework each time a student gets their test or exam back is "Correct your test and learn from your mistakes."
  • Students were advised to begin preparing for the exam during the Christmas holidays.
  • Students got back from break and had the last week of the semester to just prepare for the exam. Class time and homework was studying for the exam.
  • Students were directed to:
Students had five days of class to study for the exam. They could work alone, with another or in a small group. They had a Smartboard with internet connection two of the days to check our web sites. They were advised to do 20-30 minutes of study a night. I was available in class, before school, during actiivty period to answer any questions or to help. Students also had my home phone number if they needed (or wanted) to call for help.

Students knew there would be a three level interpretation of one of the biblical passages we took this semester.
