This exam should have been challenging but my students should have done well. There is nothing new on this exam. Everything on this exam has been on the first quarter exam or second quarter tests. Students should have kept their answer sheets and corrected their mistakes. The assigned homework each time a student gets their test or exam back is "Correct your test and learn from your mistakes." Students had five days of class to study for the exam. They could work alone, with another or in a small group. They had a Smartboard with internet connection two of the days to check our web sites. They were advised to do 20-30 minutes of study a night. I was available in class, before school, during actiivty period to answer any questions or to help. Students also had my home phone number if they needed (or wanted) to call for help.

Students knew there would be a three level interpretation of one of the biblical passages we took this semester and were given the basic exam essay four days before they took the exam.

Most of the students did very well. 17 of the 50 earned an A or A+ for the exam and 20 of 50 earned an A or A+ for semester.
