√ "I write in order to better understand myself."
Create and keep a blog for the course. A good site to use is Do not pay for this; you can do a blog for free. you can view a good video at How to create a blog with Blogger You have to have an entry for every day of class. It has to have three parts: A written copy of this has to be handed in at the end of each week.

√ Listen to one of these Speaking of Faith programs. Explore the web site; then create your own summary with links. √ If you enjoy politics and history, create a web site of great speeches that used Gospel quotes prominently in the speech. Cite and link each speech, and write a paragraph about the use of the quote and its significance. I'll start you off with two: President Lincoln's State Convention Speech of 1858 and President Obama's New Foundations Speech (We must build our house on rock.")

Be creative! Come up with your own extra credit project. Create a comic book, a video, even a radio program that can be played on KUHI-radio. The goal is to deepen your knowledge and understanding of Jesus and the New Testament, and then share this with others.
